Jill and Dean love to entertain and we worked closely with them to create a gourmet kitchen that could handle large parties. Before installing their IKEA kitchen we realized that to maximize space we needed to remove the wall that separated their kitchen from the living room and dining room. For this project IKAN took on the role as general contractor and oversaw a complete kitchen renovation which included removing walls, recessing the fridge and pantry space, adding trim and even refinishing their hardwood floors.
Jill is an interior decorator with a great sense of design and her new kitchen reflects this. We created Jill and Dean's gourmet kitchen using IKEA's beautiful, but sadly discontinued, LILJESTAD doors and finished off the look with custom crown moldings which continue throughout the main floor. Jill and Dean celebrated their new kitchen with a massive new table for their dining room which we know will be host to many dinner parties for years to come.
